I listen daily. Slants left. I prefer Micheal Bárbaro. He is really good at acknowledging understanding of a guests point with his signature “uh hmm”. Doesn’t interrupt, but signals understanding. Natalie Kitroeff sounds naive. She has been trying Michael’s “uh huh”, it’s coming off awkwardly. With her background, she should be well informed on international issues. The daily news update is great, the weekend episodes that tend to be more opinion based are not great. Some of the editors are so negative and forget that their opinion isn’t fact. I wish those weekend episodes would not be a part of The Daily but rather their own podcast, because it drags the great show that is The Daily down.
