  • Leave “what-ifs” behind

A regular listener and AHH fan who is disappointed (why 4 stars) with new trend of episodes which suppose the opposite history occurred vs actual events. I appreciate Dan and his quality guests so much, it’d be great to see a refocus on what made the podcast standout.

  • Great but way too left leaning

Seems like all guests are left leaning and everything draws back or gets connected to some sort of progressive thinking or cause. Would be 5 stars if it didn’t have a left lean.

  • More appreciative of history!

I love this podcast :). I’m a math teacher who always struggled with history in school…remembering dates and events was not my strength. As an adult, I love listening to this podcast and it has made me more curious about history and it has helped me understand it so much more. I loved the SJ shoutout in the Halloween episode. Life long resident…we still celebrate mischief night and my 14 yo daughter loves TP-ing the neighborhood lol
