  • Why ruin a great thing

Im doing my best not to overreact to your latest guest Dinesh D’Souza. Love the podcast and many of the episodes but have this hack on and to spread his misguided views was a big letdown. West a terrible choice on a guest fir what could have been a very well needed episode given the current climate. A HUGE miss and mistake. Still 3 stars on the show bc most other episodes are entertaining

  • Historical inaccuracy and biased

After listening to the last episode on the history behind the vents of Oct. 7th, I am disgusted by the one-sided and derogatory adjectives used to describe Arabs and the Philistines and the adjectives that bestow praise and wisdom at the feet of the Jewish people. This episode was full of hilarious statistical and factual errors that can be easily fact checked by government census reports. If I can’t even trust a simple head count number they throw out, why would I believe their claims of archa... more

  • Dinesh D'Souza Crackpot

I used to be a big fan and enjoy historical perspectives from all walks of life. But Dinesh D'Souza?! Something is seriously wrong with that man’s brain, and it’s really embarrassing you gave him a platform. He lost credibility years ago. Who’s next, RFK Jr to discuss the history of vaccines?

What it Was Like Living Through the USSR’s Collapse
Q: What was it like at the end of that period, when you're living through your government changing?
For a little child, probably there might be very little difference, but I was a very politicized child and was attentive to all the political change.
The American Revolution was a World War in All but Name
Q: When you're researching this book, were there any surprising effects of the American Revolution showing up halfway around the globe that you would have never expected?
There were many surprising effects, including the homage made by Chinese dock workers in 1839 to the Boston Tea Party by dumping East India Company goods into water.
