  • Freezing time episode

Listening to Katie’s story hit so personal for me. I’m 40 and just finished my 1st cycle of egg freezing with 1 viable egg. I felt so dejected at first but had to be reminded 1 is better than none. All the emotions you mentioned in your story, I felt this to my bone! I’m learning to allow my body grace and to be patient. I’m looking to do another cycle, but until then, I’m proud of my 1 frozen egg ♥️

Q: Is 2.5 milligrams of methafolate too much and should she be taking folic acid?

Q: Why do you say that muscle is the organ of longevity?
Skeletal muscle is crucial for overall health as it acts as an endocrine organ, controlling metabolism, mobility, and strength, and allowing voluntary control over health outcomes.
