  • Not what it used to be

    I am a long time listener/follower of Liz, and this podcast has been a favorite of mine for years. Unfortunately, I am finding the Monday episodes to be extremely repetitive and filled with “hacks” we’ve heard over and over again. Also, because the Monday episodes are shorter in length, the ads take up a very large portion of the show. I understand ads are what keeps the show running (I work in the industry myself), but the most recent Monday episode was 25% ads! It’s extremely frustrating, espe... more

    I’ve listened to Liz’s podcast since she first created it. There is no better health, wellness, and overall life podcast out there. She is such a fantastic interviewer, holds space for nuance and balance, and it always somehow feels like I’m just gabbing with a friend. Thank you Liz!
