  • Love the tricks and tips!

I’ve listened this podcast for years and love how she sites studies/facts and says it in a digestible way. Recently she has been bringing politics into the podcast and it’s disappointing because not everyone has the same view point and it’s personally not why I listen to the podcast. Overall, love the tips/tricks and personal examples she uses!
