As a new estie, thought this would be a good podcast to get into some episodes are good but when they bring in the pharmacist ...idk sounds like RFK jr
This podcast is marketed as the podcast to learn from and that is educational but there’s so much misinformation , melatonin is not okay to take everyday!!!!!!! Pls do not take melatonin everyday! And there’s more ads then they talk, every 3 min there’s a 3 min ad, it’s just a misinformational money hungry podcast. Very disappointing.
I begin to miss this podcast when I haven’t listened for a while. If you’re a life long learner esty- this one’s for you.
