After an accidental two year break from Avatar, I’ve found this podcast really helpful to motivate myself to get off my a** and get back into training and looking after my nutrition!
A great podcast so far. My favorite episode was probably with Dr. Warnecke, and I hope they are able to bring on more guests like her. Mark is a natural interviewer. My only complaint is that the episode ended. I could’ve used another couple of hours with those two. Katie Coles, also part of Avatar, is amazing on this as well. Overall this is off to a great start and I am looking forward to future episodes.
Mark is a genuinely caring person who wants nothing but the best for everyone. He’s able to distill ideas down to the bare minimum and deliver the insight in a way that’s easy to understand and get excited about.
Awesome informative podcast about fitness tracking macros and so much more. Definitely recommend anything the avatar crew puts together these guys are legit
As someone new to the IIFYM life Avatar has made it incredibly easy for me to follow and learn a ton of new information. Mark and his whole team are amazing and this Podcast is just another one of their amazing resources!! Highly Recommend!
