  • Best Fitness/ Sport Science Podcast bar none.

Simply the best. The 2 co-hosts deliver week after week knowledge jewels, in the most entertaining way. Can’t get enough of the ball busting sense of humor, and deep dive geeking out on all things bodybuilding, powerlifting, nutrition and exercise research. This podcast is gold!

  • Great practical and science- based fitness podcast

This podcast falls into my favorite genre of “competent people talking shop with some semblance of structure”. Toes a great line of going beyond surface level but not throwing science words at the wall that only a phd would fully understand. Also does a great job of explaining what a person can actually do with the new information .

  • No way to rate 6 stars?

An S tier podcast with hard facts, important cultural significance, sarcastic banter, and one fatal flaw. Too many Eric’s. I mean, what’s next, a THIRD Eric? Will they start calling all their guest Eric to avoid further confusion? On rare occasions, there is a blissful podcast with just one Eric. We can only hope it’s with the “good” Eric. You know the one, has a PhD, bodybuilding pro card, dashing good looks, great hair/lack thereof, impressive beard/lack thereof, need I say more?

  • I miss Omar so bad

Don’t get me wrong, Trex and Helms are funny guys for sure. But Omar, man Omar was a natural comedic genius and his banter skills were unparalleled.
