I don’t want to talk to your personality; I want to talk to your soul. Imagine if your most painful and debilitating mental health symptoms and self-sabotaging behaviors aren’t evidence of 'disorder' or 'dysfunction', but adaptive strategies that once kept you safe. My goal is to help you shift from asking ‘What’s wrong with me?’ to ‘What happened to me?’

AI isn’t abstract anymore. It’s showing up in the deepest parts of our lives People are using it at the exact moments they used to reach for a journal, a friend, or a distraction. That’s the territory we step into in this episode. I invited Dr. Laure... more

I wish the WRITTEN description of the heartbreak episode clearly mentioned that it was only a preview because had I known I would not have started it. The next episode in my listening list was another such episode but I decided to delete it to save myself disappointment. Also, for the sake of other ADHD listeners, I hope adds aren't systematically inserted RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE of a sentence! By the time the add ends, I need to rewind because I forgot the beginning of the sentence. As much as I un... more
If you want to stay as a victim, this podcast is not for you. I stumbled across Mollie’s podcast via a FB Borderline group, and I’m glad I did.
What I found refreshing was instead of staying in a victim mentality, Mollie expects personal responsibility and accountability and conveys this in a compassionate and understanding way. There are no airy fairy pop psychology platitudes that tell me what I want to hear… it’s all real stuff that I NEED to hear and apply to my life.

Appreciate the nuanced exploration into the wilderness of the psyche, beautifully crafted. Engaging and multidimensional.
I really appreciate the podcast but it’s hard to hold any info Mollie acquires from AI as anything but false. She is leaning more onto it the further into episodes I get. I hope it isn’t a foreshadowing to come when I finally catch up to newer episodes. I want to enjoy and absorb as I have but please stop using AI in your ‘research’. It’s unreliable. Us BPD babes are unreliable enough.
Little embarrassed to admit I was just following Mollie on IG for the memes for like a year before I listened to this podcast and WHOA I am blown away. Each episode is so well researched and fascinating, with tons of mythological psychological and historical insight. I can always find a topic that is relatable to what I’m going through. Not to mention her voice is kinda sexy hypnotic and soothing !! I love mellowing out to this while I do my stuff around the house. I hope to become a paid subscr... more
