This podcast does a great job of sharing the science and breaking down concepts relevant to all humans but as a movement professional I find the topics and information especially salient. I often share with coworkers and I’m so happy you put this out. Thanks for all you do to debunk myths and level up knowledge.
Drs. Feigenbaum and Baraki put out the most science-backed, informative podcast out there. They only present the most important information in a very digestible way and they’re both so articulate. As a doctor, I know just enough about health and fitness to know when I’m hearing pure gold. They’re a refreshing change from other podcasts that platform quacks. And they’re funny too. I’ve stopped listening to other podcasts because I can trust what these doctors say.

Just a tired resident trying to stay as fit as I can and inspire those around me! Have continued to recommend this podcast to many of my fellow med students and residents. Great information for both us docs and f... more
