Had the chance to meet and be coached by Fern at my L2, so inspired by his dedication and knowledge. Him and Jason Ackerman, share valuable insight and experience about how to navigate the obstacles of coaching.
Outstanding, reignited my passion to be the best coach I can be.
Decent podcast when it comes to to discussing CrossFit, but one of the hosts seems to have gone down the conspiracy theory funnel. It’s not something uncommon to see in some CrossFit circles, but being able to hold information objectively is fairly important. My hope is that spiral out doesn’t continue to make its way into the episodes.
