I listen to many birding podcasts and each one has its place in my daily life. Birding for Joy’s place is when I’m quieting my head and heart or relieving anxiety whether it’s getting ready for my day, driving or unwinding towards the end of my day. The host’s peaceful tone makes me feel like we could be sitting in the same room, just chilling and talking about our love of birds.
I am not a birder, but i'm totally hooked on this podcast! It is informative and well done. I have learned about birds, birding, and life in general. Highly recommend!!
