  • Helpful and practical tips for bosses and aspiring bosses

I manage a team of 10 and find this podcast incredibly helpful. I recently shared the intel from episode 52 with my fellow managers so we could start implementing some of the tactics on work life balance. I also took the 3 questions from episode 53 and used them in a team huddle, and my fellow managers did as well with their teams, and it felt so good to do this with my team. Thank you for the tips!!!

    This guy is excellent.

The first 3-5 mins can be off-putting with the intro banter, but just skip it.

Content is really useful, insightful and well articulated.
