    With this podcast, I feel I truly breathe easier and with more intention toward my mental and physical health. Bonnie is refreshing and authentic. I love this podcast so much. I post notes from it on my walk at work and at home as reminders of the nuggets I learn from. God is working here friends. No matter who you are or where you.. he is using Bonnie to meet us where we are.
