I can’t get enough of this show. And, while I enjoy the interviews, the new season in which Julie breaks down concepts (facets) for adult ballet dancers is even more my jam. Fingers crossed for nitty-gritty technique talk after she completes the facets, but whatever Julie chooses to do next with the podcast, I will be eagerly listening (and re-listening).
Julie GETS why trying to start ballet as an adult can be weird and overwhelming even if it’s something you really want to do. Her podcast and online classes have given me the guidance and information I needed to actually get started and watch myself getting better and stronger!
