Very grateful I came across this podcast last winter. For so long I felt alone and like I was in limbo. Not an alcoholic but knowing alcohol did nothing good for my life and disconnected me spiritually when I partook. No one really supported my convictions to not drink because they didn’t see an outward problem. I would go back and forth, a few weeks alcohol free and then sucked back in wanting “connection”.
