The competition is insane. The overhead is high. Client retention is a joke. So I figured I'd share my story as it unfolds to show you what it's like to start your own thing. And of course, what not to do.... more

Really enjoy the honest and entertaining take on the industry.
Check out the interview with George Tannenbaum, that's how I learned about the pod and it's a wonderful episode.
I can’t get over all of the aspects of business and big personality in this podcast and all it’s episodes. The humor, vulnerability, and insight is extremely refreshing
I love this poddy so much. Most marketing podcasts are all fluff. But Tim’s question style is what helps bring out the actionable advice from all his guests.
The only reason it’s not 5 stars is that sometimes Tim lingers too much when I wanna hear the interview. Otherwise amazing
Hi convo with Adam especially. The dude is so good at LinkedIn
I love hearing how Tim progresses his company and learning lessons as he does through his convos with successful peeps in the industry
Tim is hilarious! His vulnerability and openess about himself makes it hard not to wish him success with Gush. The insight and advice from his guests is amazing for anyone looking to start their own thing regardless of industry. Good luck Tim!
It's great listening to a founder of an agency being transparent about his journey. Great host and guests! Looking forward to listening in on this journey!
Just listened to the episode with Adam Hunt and I found the candid tone and transparency refreshing. I am sure a lot of first-time agency founders will find this episode jam-packed with actionable insights on how to build a small business from the ground up! Well done, keep it up! :)
As of writing this there are only 3 eps but it’s really cool to be able to follow the hosts story of starting an agency. It gives the interviews with the professionals more focus and the learnings I get are practical rather than just philosophical
Dang this is good stuff! For anyone starting a business, wanting lessons from the pros, it’s like being mentored. So relate able. Fascinating stories about advertising, marketing, creative agency AND client side behind-the-scene insights. Very cool new content. I’m subscribing looking forward to more
I’ve heard a lot and this is the only one I listen to all the way through
Big fan of Harmon brothers so it’s awesome to hear how they do what they do
Love the concept and how transparent the host is about struggling with his agency. Il
