    Carrie’s energy and excitement — whether about running, career, family, or passion projects — is infectious!     Carrie does a great job of bringing in a variety of running-related guests and then drawing them out of their shells. This isn’t necessary for all guests, but many are clearly introverts and Carrie’s gentle approach helps us to learn who these people really are.
