The authors do a great job of exposing unscientific science papers used to advance careers.
Unfortunately, the best tactic to defeat bad ideas held with conviction is mockery (and this podcast delivers). Today’s postmodern academics deserve such mockery. These anti-enlightenment academics primarily focused on “Critical Social Justice” are flooding academia with bad ideas cloaked in deliberately complicated language. Reading and analyzing academic literature from a liberal/scientific perspective is a great premise. Just need to be a little less smarmy - less laughing at the literature and more explaining the ideology and methods behind the works that fuel their unsubstantiated and silly conclusions.
