  • Extremely disappointed by the unchallenged nonsense of the recent guest

I have listened to this show a long time and I can’t express how surprised and disappointed I am by this most recent episode with Katey Faust, a woman with very extreme views on gay marriage and same-sex families. Think whatever you want and bring on guests with extreme ideas, but she went unchallenged, and it was cowardly and intellectually lazy. Stella asked for data a couple of times and the woman provided sweeping generalizations (as in, none), and there was no push back. Neither host brough... more

  • Good until…

… gah… Edward Dutton. A quack “race scientist” who was ejected from at least one academic position because of being caught out as a plagiarist.

  • Mixed bag

As others have said, the guests are a bit hit and miss, sometimes brilliant (Abigail Shrier; Marcus Evans), sometimes a bit off the wall (Dutton). They don’t introduce the guest and say who’s on the ‘panel’ for each episode, assuming one has read the notes. This is a mistake, in my view. I want to see the topic and will listen often on tha... more

  • Enlightening

Intelligent and well-informed individuals talk sense about gender while much of the world has gone totally and utterly mad.

But really … Edward Dutton?! WHY?! I’d never heard of this man until you platformed him and I do so wish you hadn’t. I’ll give anyone a fair hearing but he brought literally nothing to the subject focus of this podcast and you left his half-baked opinions that border on eugenics go unchallenged. I fear you didn’t realise what you were getting into with him and letting him ... more
