I’ve listened to the first two episodes and they are both outstanding. Many of the stories brought a smile to my face and made me wish I could meet the David and Joe. The relationships that Ben has developed through bluegrass music are authentic and inspiring. It’s amazing how people from varied backgrounds and places can be such kindred spirits! I’m glad Ben is traveling around the world as a representative of the USA.
I just listened to the latest episode of the Common Chords, and I had to give a shoutout to Ben Wright, the host. He is an amazing interviewer and such a kind, empathetic human. I have learned so much from his talks with musicians. His episode with Lois Pryce highlighted her love of music, travel, and writing and inspired me to find out more about this cool woman. I promise that you’ll connect with Ben and look forward to his coming conversations as much as I do!
