While the topics discussed often make me very sad, the hosts treat the victims of these events with the respect that they deserve vs simply using the subject matter as if the humans involved didn’t matter. It sets this show apart from the rest of the true crime stuff out there and I enjoy it every week! Most true crime podcasts, especially those that are hosted by men, tend to throw in crass humor and treat the victims like the butt of a joke as opposed to someone that is missed.
