I listened to the first episode even though I was skeptical on how I could benefit as a happily coupled person. This was a great session and I learned a lot on general relationships, not just partner relationships, by listening to others unpack their social history. This podcast shows how important therapy is to empower us to protect ourselves and build healthy relationships. Dr Paradise a great discussion leader as always.
