  • Well SOMETHING is meaningless

Quality has been falling off for a while but I’m out after platforming someone with a PhD in English blithely dismissing certain diagnoses _already_ under attack in this country as “meaningless”.

  • So grateful

The hardest thing about navigating mental health is feeling like you're doing it alone. Depresh Mode has made me feel less alone and frankly, like I'm not actually crazy. With such an anemic health care system in the United States, I'm grateful podcasts like this are helping to fill in the gaps.

  • All in

I have to admit but I’ve got kind of a crush on John Moe. At least I do for his mind and his voice.

His dedication to supporting those with mental illness, diagnosed or not. He’s all about learning/teaching/sharing evidence based knowledge on this important subject.

I learn new things every episode and I use them in my work as a Certified Peer Supporter. I recently even used the theme song to explain resiliency to a caregiver I was supporting.

I’m also from “⭐️🌈 The more you know” generation... more
