  • Game changing

After living with anxiety and OCD for as long as I can remember, this podcast has changed my mindset about these disorders. And it’s slowly bringing me back to myself and making my life enjoyable again. Thank you guys. I’m ’doing it anyway’ on a daily basis and the anxiety and intrusive thoughts are slowly ebbing away. I’m now not trying to ‘cure’ or get rid of my conditions, but letting them slowly fade into the background as my life grows bigger around them and takes centre stage.
