  • Inspirational as always

I have been a faithful listener since finding this podcast over a year ago. At the time I was searching for tips, tricks, advice, insight, and inspiration as I prepared for my own triathlon goal. Mike B’s format of interviewing everyday triathletes aligned perfectly with my journey. I was able to hear about other athletes’ success and struggles which both inspired and encouraged me to stay true to the path.

Because I was a newer triathlete the podcast gave crucial insights to race day and al... more

  • Encouraging Interviews

I’m currently training for my first full Ironman in September (Chattanooga). This podcast has been a blessing to me during my workouts as I feel this sense of community with others struggling around the country to balance family, work and life with their goals of completing races. There’s been times I’ve been ready to quit but heard a story in an interview that gave me that extra push to keep going! Great work Mike.

  • Nice job, Mike

The Podcast sounds great. I noticed in my episode that aired in July that I said I had only done a 36 mile bike ride. We should have mentioned that we recorded it in mid-May. Since that time, the long rides and long runs have increased quite a bit over May, June and now into July. Just wanted to clarify that in case any listeners thought a long ride of only 36 miles within two months of an Ironman is good training. I’m actually doing a 100 mile ride this week and 18 mile run today.
