I love this podcast, and all of Jen’s offerings. I find myself relistening to bits, and pausing it sometimes to soak up the gems and what her words mean for me. If you’re looking for some spiritual/life wisdom drawn from various sources, with an approach that is welcoming, curious, and 100% non-preachy, along with reflection prompts to take that wisdom and apply it to your life in real ways that have meaning for you, I would highly recommend this podcast.

This podcast is a gentle nudge to move boulders in my spirit that have felt immovable. I love how we can wonder and wander into and out of spiritual principles with humor and explore the questions I want to ask myself to move into new destinations.

I’ve followed Jen for some time now and have only found her lovely way looking at life enlivening. The way she processes through asking questions and being curious captures my attention. It’s like she gives you fresh eyes to take a look at your own life, inside and out. The described persona of god as Love leaves the pursuit of spirituality accessible to all.
