  • Refreshing

At a time when we have been more divided than ever podcasts like yours offer hope to the women of faith. Your message is that we can still embody our compassion, values and feminism, and that they don’t need to be fractioned. Thank you!

  • You’re Confused

I am not a fan of Calvinism either, but you have confused him with Martin Luther who would wake his confessor BEFORE he discovered grace. The point you’re trying to make about the body being bad comes from the 2nd century Gnostics. And that’s just the beginning of your confusion.

  • Encouraging and inspiring

I’ve enjoyed so many episodes of this podcast over the past few years. Some of the interviews have helped me process my own faith journey and find encouragement knowing others have had similar experiences in churches. Other episodes have taught me about experiences and views I’d never considered before. It’s a fantastic podcast.

  • Thank you!

    You are my sanity.

Also, it’s never okay to beat a woman to the point where she requires hospital emergency room treatment just because she voted differently from her family. Only a perfectly Christ-like man could be safely entrusted with headship over the women in his family, and no man on Earth is perfectly Christ-like. This toxic and all-too-frequently used excuse that provides cover and sanction for abuse needs to go. It should have gone long ago.
