Good podcast but sometimes I feel there is too much pushing her program. The content is good and she provides a lot of relatable examples. I feel like just when you get into it there is a sales pitch. I guess she has to to make money.
It’s impossible to listen to this podcast and NOT feel stronger/wiser/better equipped for it all/deeply loving and supportive of yourself.
Spenser is so loving and direct about what it *actually* takes to navigate the fertility journey.
Each episode builds your capacity and strengthens your connection to the spirit of fertility that’s already within you.

Took everything that was said on board - especially about finding joy in what you already have - while preparing for my ivf cycle. Anyway long story short I had the most enjoyable IvF experience, fell pregnan... more
