I really, really like everything these people have to say! So realistic and practical without letting you cop out on yourself. Diet culture is such a devil. I much prefer Fit For Life’s messaging around being able to actually live your life, now and later, by incorporating realistic things that you can do forever, not just for a year and then be burnt out on it. Highly recommend this podcast!
