Ezra Klein invites you into a conversation on something that matters. How do we address climate change if the political system fails to act? Has the logic of markets infiltrated too many aspects of our lives? What is the future of the Republican Party? What do psychedelics teach us about consciousness? What does sci-fi understand about our present that we miss? Can our food system be just to human... more

For instance, Levin repeated that Trump is behaving differently than other presidents. No kidding! He repeated that there’ll be lasting d... more
Honestly, no one gives a flying F. The regime is winning their war on social
media with videos of ICE brutality. And while it’s important to document (I’m on the side of resistance) documentation generates fear. That fear seems to be galvanizing resistance but with the constant admonition to be non-violent while the other side is galvanized to increase repression/brutality. We are in a terrible, pivotal place.

He’s conservative in a way similar to Bill Kristol, though I’d say more intellectual and less charismatic than Bill. His communication style is very easy to listen to and can lull you into agreeability.
I imagine I would disagree with him on many issues, but that’s okay because he’s not a crazed lunatic. I was soothed to hear that he believes Trump is... more
