His consistent praising of anti-vaxxers really ruined my trust in anything he says. Just another conspiracy nutcase.

I am currently listening to your podcast that is disgusting cultured meat products. Just letting you know as a chemistry major, there are so many mistakes that happen in the laboratory. You do not want to get a cultured i.e. grown in a petri dish meat product.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Keeping It Fresh - Episode 2758
Q: What's the best way to know when to mix up workouts?
You know you're stale if you find yourself just going through the motions at the gym.
Making Your Workout Count - Episode 2753
Q: Is the juice worth the squeeze here? We talked about one set of failure. The reason most people do it is because they think they're saving time. But if you're not wasting five minutes between sets, realistically, that's not really a problem anyway, because by the time you get your warmup set in and your one working set in for your one set of failure, you're at just about the same amount of time, maybe an extra 60 seconds, right?
I would say no.
BEST OF: Better Mental Health with Dr. Georgia Ede - Episode 2747
Q: What advice do you have for parents whose children have mental health issues?
Start with dietary changes and learn more about what's possible with nutrition before resorting to medication.
BEST OF: Better Mental Health with Dr. Georgia Ede - Episode 2747
Q: How did you fall into this dietary intervention approach with mental health?
I stumbled into this through my own health issues and noticed that many of my patients weren't getting better with traditional methods.
Cardio vs. Strength Training - Episode 2750
Q: Is there a balance that people should be looking for, or should they pick one?
Beginners should incorporate both cardio and strength training for overall fitness.
