兒子到澳洲當交換學生後，楚筠感覺整個人變得很空虛，變得沒有食慾、不想煮菜，也開始容易觸景傷情。有一天，楚筠很興奮的用視訊跟兒子分享自己剪的新髮型，卻被兒子無情打槍：「這種事情不用打電話過來啦！」
回頭跟老公聊到這件事情，還被笑說：「你這不是在跟兒子講話，是在跟男朋友講話吧！哪有兒子會關心媽媽剪頭髮，你這是在跟他撒嬌。」

女兒要去波蘭當交換學生，出發前的準備進度實在是讓楚筠急得跳腳，但又必須壓抑住自己的焦急跟叨念！女兒出國後的幾天，楚筠突然陷入低潮，在日記中寫著：「我來寫日記，是因為自己完全沒了感覺。喜怒哀樂全無，像行屍走肉，但又覺得這樣的自己很廢…，女兒當時，是不是也是這個感覺呢？」（其實，出國當天在機場，女兒說她前陣子沒有任何感覺，也沒有食慾）。接著，她開始畫冰山，想了解這陣子的自己。

謝謝育兒幫手頻道，給了我很多人本的想法和概念，慢慢知道與練習對小孩人本，但是對父母、隊友就變成本人的部分，我也是這樣，曾經認真思考過。
我很認同來賓說的，期待值不同以及自己還是在忍耐的部分，覺得還有一部分，是對自己也需要人本，當自己有被愛夠、被療癒了，就會有空間有力量對別人人本。這也很需要學習和練習。
