I find myself listening to old episodes all the time, searching for inspiration and tips for living a healthy/balanced lifestyle and how to create a gym split that’s right for me. They are so helpful. It’s also as if I’m listening to a friend. You have taught me to never give up on my fitness goals. I know you have your vlogs that we can watch but we miss you here!
