Martin’s show is simply the best place for anyone looking to grow in their contact centre role to start. Whether a newly promoted team leader, site manager or director the content is insightful and varied. Martin’s passion and experience shine throw whoever his guests are. It’s on my must listen queue.
Martin gives a brilliant insight into a hugely innovative and changing industry. He makes his guests feel so at ease and the conversation just flows. Love listening to all of the different people and views of those he has on.
I love how this show tells the stories of inspirational people (that happen to be working in the CC industry). Martin is a natural host who know how to get the best out of his guests. Love it.
Being from the industry I almost dread listening to podcasts about stereotypical stories and how people are great and experts. Well this isn’t that! Martin clearly knows his stuff and has a great technique of talking shop with other industry professionals whilst keeping it light and enjoyable. Keep up the class interviews and guests. A highlight of my week when a new one comes out 👌👌👌
