  • Not consistent!

I used to love this podcast because it was about leadership. Now I don’t listen to it anymore because it’s false advertising; it is NOT about leadership. It is about just business topics. Some interviewees are very bad quality which made me tune out. Specifically, there was a lady that said that smart career oriented people will do bad work on purpose to get back to their manager knowing that it will hurt their career, which is totally false and contradictory. Sorry Dave!

  • Transformational for My Leadership Journey

CFL podcast has been transformational in my leadership journey. Dave’s insights and interviews are practical, inspiring, and immediately useful. The show also led me to the CFL Academy, where I’ve gained an incredible leadership cohort and a safe space to bring real challenges and grow alongside others. Highly recommend to any leader who wants to grow with clarity and confidence!

  • 8/11/25 Podcast: Emphasizes how being "selfish" can be SO healthly

During my early morning walk today (8/11/25) I listened to this week "Coaching for Leaders" podcast. Jenny Wood shares that while leadership is about serving others it is also about taking care of ourselves. This is so often overlooked in the workplace. Take some time to listen to Ep. 750 and reflect on how you are "standing up for yourself" and taking care of yourself.
