This podcast has changed since the two hosts left, and not in a positive direction. It needs a regular host and I hope they pick someone with a “good voice for radio,” not a stressful voice. And please decide what this podcast is now, because it’s no longer clear to me.
No offense to anyone else but this show is much better when there’s only two hosts at a time. The back and forth with Marcus and Denton is so easy to follow and listen to. No one is talking over the top of another one. These two are knowledgeable and know what they’re doing. I didn’t listen to this podcast for a while but came back to it with the new crew.
I am naturally interested in the discussions on this show, but it becomes intolerable when the hosts refer to celebrities by their nicknames (Timmy Chalamet, Jen Aniston, etc.) These actors are professionals and unless you’re close personal friends with them, it’s annoying. And just when I thought that era will be gone now that Joyce has left, we have Ethan who speaks as fast as the cars in F1: The Movie, which is so hard to follow along with. Take a breath dude.
Love the insight from the hosts. They know their awards info. Love it too that they don’t talk all over each other and are open to different opinions.
They haven’t don’t an episode in a long time and I heard Chris has left? I’m disappointed and I wish they’d at least say something.
