  • Comfort podcast

This is my comfort podcast. I look forward to listening every week. I first found Hayes on TikTok and am so glad she’s expanding her universe. She is honest and genuine and confronts the tough “ugly” feelings we all have but are sometimes afraid to surface. I’ve talked about her perspectives to so many people to help explain my own experiences and thoughts. Thank you for all you do 💜
