Kal Penn is at it again!
Loved his book so I’m excited for his show!
I really enjoyed the first two episodes and thought this would be a new listening tradition. The third episode featured typical racism, hate and stereotyping that many podcast thrive on. As a white male, I dislike being lumped into a stereotype, as I believe in coexisting, diversity and inclusiveness. The third episode was shallow lumping white people together. Every race has good and bad people. It has nothing to do with color. The stance taken is superficial.
I love everything Kal Penn does, and 2025 and Mamdani winning NYC reminded me of his show Sunnyside. So happy there’s a podcast to listen to his informed, honest thoughts, amazing interviews, and truth to power!
While I enjoyed the podcasts, the content does not match the title concept. This podcast needs a different title and I look forward to a different podcast that matches the concept of the title. So I give it a 3 stars because the contents was good, but lower rating because it does not provide the advertised content.
I can already tell this is gonna become a staple in my queue!
