  • Rough Listening

Interesting content but the podcasters just don’t seem to mesh well. Their lack of chemistry is a real drag on the show. Chris dominates the discussion with theory and Rob doesn’t get much opportunity to talk about practical programming.

  • A must listen for all serious trainers.

Rob and Chris have the ability to take high level training concepts and make them easily understandable. Even better, they tell you how to actually apply it to your training. If you listen, you will become a smarter trainer, period.
