I am a long time listener and had to stop. The misogyny and money obsession mixed with conservative virtue signaling and non stop pushing of their coaching became overwhelming.
Sal, Adam, and Justin provide great fitness advice. There different experiences in the fitness space (athletic, aesthetics, bodybuilding and evidence based exercise science) really make for a well rounded perspective. I have been using their MAPS programs for the past year and have made significant progress in my fitness journey. It took me a long time to take their advice about 5 years I finally took the dive in to following one of their programs.
