I thought I knew a fair bit about fitness and exercise, but I learn something new almost every episode. And not just about fitness either - the guys share nuggets from their own journeys of continual self improvement which are sometimes hilarious but often times quite deep.
Thanks for the content!
I am extremely thankful I somehow stumbled upon this Podcast. If you read this, you give it a listen, and eventually value the show as much as so many do, then do not leave it to chance for others, rather refer a friend. As I write this review, it has really hit hard on how much of a positive, real life changing impact they have on so many lives. Give it a try for several episodes, because the topics are wide ranging. There is something for everyone!

Mindpump has helped me change my mindset from all-or-nothing to grace-based thinking. I’m seeing consistent progress over the last year and have a plan to continue regardless of my current motivation. I also really appreciate the conversations around faith and fatherhood.
Seek first the kingdom of God, and all these things shall be added to you.
