The topics and content are great, I find the episodes on the 1300-1600s especially interesting. I just think the host could add more personality to her narration, and not be so monotone. It almost sounds like an AI narrator. If that is changed, though, I’ll be happy to give a five-star review!
If you are talking about English Royal family. Please say Queen Mum and not Queen Mom she wasn’t American
I enjoy Lindsay’s style of presenting history. She is usually the only speaker and I find when there is >1 speaker sometimes there is too much banter. Occasionally there is reference to the current political climate and/or affairs and I don’t like that because I listen to history podcasts to unwind & chill.
It’s really hard to listen to her. Who talks like this?? This is the problem, because videos help with visualization and podcasts are on the voice. Gotta step up your game here.. also, it feels like she’s using AI now to tell the stories and that’s a no go for me.
