היה אדיררר!! נהנתי כלכך לשמוע, מחכה כבר לכל הפרקים והפרק כלכך הרגיע אותי פתאום וכזה הסביר לי שאני יכולה לעשות את זה לבד. קרה לי מקרה דומה שקבעתי תור לפסיכולוג כבר פעמיים וביטלתי כל פעם מהפחד ובסוף החלטתי לצעוד גם לדרך לבדי והתחלתי לעשות גם מדיטציות ועכשיו אני מרגישה הרבה יותר טוב.
מקווה ש2021 תהיה באמת שנה טובה!!
