  • Poor information to advertisement ratio

Of a 25min podcast 10min was spend on his sponsors, code, draw, and socials…. That one of the worst ratio I have seen in the podcast world.

  • Open-minded discussions

Zach covers a wide-range of health, wellness, and running topics. I’m always learning from keeping an open-mind to his and his guest’s opinions, the same way Zach approaches his own evolution. We are lucky to have Zach (and occasionally Nicole) in the space. ✌🏻💚🏃🏼‍♂️

  • Insight and passion from one of the best

I’ve been following HPO for a couple years now. While there are a number of great podcasts on running, I can say that HPO has had the most dramatic effect on my personal running improvement. Zach’s ability to discuss complex topics ranging from nutrition, mindset, training, and general running philosophy is impressive. He’s an important voice for the ultra-running community and those of us who are open to learn are lucky to have such an accessible podcast to improve our own performance. Thanks Z... more
