其實已經潛水很久了，聽不焦慮媽媽大概也有超過一年以上。一聽到這一個頻道，當時就馬上收藏起來。
因本身也是教育工作者，自己也是兩個孩子的媽媽，所以對不焦慮媽媽分享的內容和對於新的研究常常更新覺得很實在。至於為什麼一直潛水也都沒有留言這次會想留言是因為聽到上一集奶就和牛肉圓媽唸大家的評論提到喜歡的人都只會按個讚負面的評價就會留很多字。就讓我覺得我一定要來寫一段。
其實現在的父母真的蠻焦慮的，對於過往我們小時候甚至被教育長大的方式，但用心的父母其實很想要跳脫，可是也在透過各種方式摸索和成長。
就像很多家庭也是從小不讓孩子碰錢摸錢對於性教育也是不好意思說，知道孩子大了、好奇了有需求了，很多時候不得不趕鴨子上架、甚至用拖延戰術。
3C的使用大概就是我們這一輩父母首要面臨的挑戰和修煉吧，常常會看到社群媒體上很多父母分享「今天是零三C的時光」。其實你背後可以看出他們是很用心的想要讓孩子拉出來世代的影響力，所要付出的體力和時間和心力真的也是有。
但我非常喜歡這一集說到的概念，「你在孩子還很好溝通可以建立規範的時候給予他價值觀」其實真的是為未來省去很多不必要的麻煩。

因為太好聽、太準、太實用啦。
三寶媽很需要同溫層和實用性的資訊ℹ️
因為生病（化療）沒什麼體力，腫瘤又在聲帶附近，漸漸的說話越來越少，戴起耳機的時間越來越長；剛開始老公認為我在疏遠家人，我解釋因為開口說話讓我不適，但我用實際行動回應愛給家人。（全職媽要接送孩子、買菜煮三餐、打掃全家…）
唯一的動力就是聽「不焦慮媽媽」 確實讓我更新育兒知識，眼界越來越開闊。 懂得在安全範圍適時的放手、讓他們混亂的摸索。真的讓我喘了一口氣(⁎⁍̴̛ᴗ⁍̴̛⁎) 不必為未知的事物，未雨綢繆。 足以讓我僅存的體力，好好的愉快的育兒；男三寶媽咪感謝你們。
