This podcast is very helpful and informative. The host knows what she’s talking about and is very kind and considerate in how she speaks to her listeners. However, the first five odd minutes of the podcast are dedicated to sponsorships and ads. This review is long overdue! I’ve listened to several podcasts focused on ADHD, focus, and neurodivergence, but none truly resonated with me until I found Kristen’s incredible podcast. I learn something new from every episode and, more importantly, feel so seen. Kristen is incredibly relatable, sincere, and clearly a true expert in ADHD. She also brings on some of the best guests and experts in the field.

I can’t believe it took me so long to find this podcast! I love it, i discovered it this week and binged over 20 episodes so far! Thank you for putting your vulnerabilities out there so the rest of us know we’re not alone, this is a refreshing and fun pod that keeps my ADHD brain engaged from start to finish. The hacks, and explanations for what I do, and why I feel the way I do has already helped me in my life.
Thank you!

It struck me especially because of the conservative Christian church and even within that the subpoulTion of WOMEN. Wow, she hits it all super vulnerable but balances it with science and science research based evidence. Plus she’s hilarious. Kristin ever since 2021 when I started my own journey I have laughed and cried alongside you, and I really appreciate and am super grateful for how you taught me to a... more
