I needed this podcast right now. Thank you
One tiny, teeny request: the volume is really low, so I have to turn my phone all the way up—and then my ears get absolutely blasted when the episode ends. It’s a small thing, but also one of those things I feel like you would find annoying too, so I figured it was worth mentioning.
You genuinely feel like a friend (not in a creepy way 😅)—more like we grew up together: you on Broad City, me being me, watching and laughing along.
Anyhoo—love you, love the podcast, and thank you for it.
Hey gurl.
I 👏 Just 👏 Love 👏 You 👏
All your work is 🤌💥
Two years ago, I went to your show in Madison, WI—the show with the bat during your opener—and we had a lil “I gotchu” moment regarding said bat, and that memory is so special for me 🥰🥰🥰
Yas yas yas yas yas!
As a new mom I can’t stand what’s happening …. But I also can’t handle it…. This podcast helps. Thanks Ilana
Loving every episode but just wanted to shout out how enjoyable it is to listen to you and Abbi banter. Reminds me a lot of my and my girlfriends and the shenanigans of our 20’s. Was laughing hard along with you at turkey jerky. My only critique is the episode was too short! I could listen to you two talk for hours!!!
Can’t wait for the next ep!
Love from Melbourne Australia!
I love all things Ilana. This podcast is a gift. I love that she is real about the atrocities that we’re all seeing, experiencing, and surviving through, while also bringing light and laughter with her guests to balance it all out.
God this podcast gives me a much needed dose of joy and hope.
Much more than a brilliant actor and comedian - I am so glad she has a platform now to talk about the stuff we all are thinking about (or should be).
I would listen to a podcast of Broad City. I understand radio now. Let’s go back!
Ilana, thank you for this podcast. It’s so nice to hear a direct and thoughtful reflection on the state of the world today. Listening to you makes me feel better.
I already love where this podcast is heading! So good to hear intelligent insights into the full on gaslighting we are experiencing globally (i’m in Australia) - even though you’re definitely feeling it big time in the US, but the narrative is spilling over to other countries big time!
I’ve been waiting all my life for a pod I don’t have to cringe through and finally it is here. Bring broad city back but I’ll settle for this.
Listen, I would subscribe if this show was only fart sounds. Luckily, it’s not and Ilana is saying/shouting/singing everything I’m thinking/feeling instead. She’s informed, intelligent, articulate, and compassionate and we need this inspiration.
Truly the podcast I’ve been waiting for. So glad to be together, with Ilana ❤️
What a great podcast with a good mix of heart, laughter and care for the world around us.
