  • A mixed bag and sometimes - Where’s the jazz?

Firstly it’s great that these 2 guys are putting lots of time into a regular Jazz podcast and sticking with it for quite a long time.

  • A podcast for all.

Though I'm a jazz novice, I'm still able to comprehend and roll with a lot of what Mike & Patt discuss. I love how they come to the episode with knowledge, opinions (often contrasting), and witty banter. Well worth the listen- even if youre like me and not familiar with the genre.

  • Entertaining and educational

Found this podcast recently and have listened to only a few episodes, but am already getting a lot from it. The Ornette Coleman episode is excellent and just what I needed to start diving deeper into his work. Thanks guys!
