ダニ媒介感染症とは、病原体を保有するダニに刺咬されることによって起こる感染症のことです。人が野外作業や農作業、レジャー等で、これらのダニの生息場所に立ち入ると、ダニに咬まれることがあります。ダニがウイルスや細菌などを保有している場合、刺咬された人が病気を発症することがあります。
今回は「ダニ媒介感染症」です。
日本国内で麻疹（はしか）の感染者が増加しています。2023年4月下旬にインド帰国後の30代男性が麻疹と診断されました。その後、この男性と同じ新幹線に乗り合わせていた30代の女性と40代の男性が5月上旬に麻疹と診断されています。3月にも大阪府で麻疹の症例が1例報告されており、さらに、神戸市からもそれぞれ3月、5月に麻疹の患者が報告されています。
今回は「麻疹」です。
2022年は梅毒の日本国内の報告数が過去最多となりました。2019年には6,642人、2020年には5,867人、2021年は7875人でした。2022年は12,964例と感染症法の施行以来初めて年間1万例を超えました。2021年に比べると約5,000例の増加となっており、著しく増えています。
今回は「梅毒」です。
