  • JofA

This podcast, not unlike the AICPA in recent years, is starting to sound more like a leftist Ted talk and less like a useful podcast for actual practicing CPAs

  • Informative but awkward

It makes you wonder if accountants trying to sound natural and interesting is the most awkward thing in the world.

There’s just a ton of people who are clearly reading from a script. It’s painful.

  • Poor audio production; decent content

The audio production, editing and mic quality reminds me of podcasts from 5-6 years back. Ultimately the knowledge is good but the two hosts are not very smooth, guests are generally jumbled and the theme tune is weird. I listen to it for the content but it’s painful. I think the AICPA could allocate more of its $400 a year dues to bring in a professional producer.
